Website Maintenance Plans
Maintenance plans are not required by are highly recommended to ensure your site stays current and running correctly. Plans are tailored for your company’s specific needs and can include:
- Monthly allotment of website content updates (examples: updating pricing, staff information, address, services, photos, etc, removing / adding news and annoucements, swapping banners or other graphics, maintaining events calender, and so on)
- Keeping the site updated to ensure the site remains as secure and as fast as possible (newest version of wordpress, theme, plugins, PHP)
- Analytics report on the traffic the website is getting, what content gets the most views. Keep up with what your customers are using your website for.
- Website backup and restoration in case of an emergency. This is extremely important to avoid downtime as, even though all proper steps are taken to avoid a hack, security breaches are not impossible
- Form submission spreadsheet export – Get a summary of all forms submitted in one convenient excel file.
